Receiving the below error on activating the plugin

PHP Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(G:\PleskVhosts\aapkachef.com\httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/G:/PleskVhosts/aapkachef.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/kirki/languages/kirki-en_US.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (G:/PleskVhosts//aapkachef.com\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in G:\PleskVhosts\aapkachef.com\httpdocs\wp-includes\l10n.php on line 561

This sounds like a PHP configuration issue on your server…
There are numerous threads on how to fix an “open_basedir restriction in effect” issue.

I removed the restriction using first the open_basedir = off syntax and then second by using the open_basedir = none in the .user.ini file, but none of them worked for me. Please understand that I am not a php developer, and I am having a hard time configuring. Kindly help.

You’ll have to contact your host so that they can make the appropriate adjustments on your server.
