    Dear All,

I just installed WordPress 3.4.1 on my new site using softaculous. The installation processes completed successfully without any errors. But, when I was trying to install new theme, I got the following error message:Fatal error: "Cannot run code from this file in conjunction with non encoded files in /home/fpbn/public_html/wp-includes/version.php on line 371". The same error message I got when I want to reinstall the WordPress from Admin dashboard.

The following error message appears when I want to install new plugins:
    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request......

Any other suggestions or help to fix this?

    With Best Regards,

Try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download.
