  • Before you go deleting anything, first read this: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Information regarding increasing your memory limit available for WordPress, .. this will only work if your hosting allows you to have a higher memory limit.

If that is unsuccessful try this:

If you’re able to FTP in, go to the wp-content/plugins and rename or delete the nextgen-gallery it will let you get to the rest of your dashboard.

^ At least that is what I am reading.

It seems your nextgen gallery is as it says, trying to allocate more memory then you have available. I would see if you can increase your memory limit first though.
