Fatal Error when attempting to upgrade WordPress to ver 2.9.1

    Attempting to upgrade WP from ver 2.8.4 to 2.9.1 (using ‘Upgrade Automatically’ button) produces the following error:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2516315 bytes) in /home7/seeingt1/public_html/wp-includes/http.php on line 1331

    Appreciate any assistance with this.
