Fatal Error when activating WP e-commerce plugin

Hi,

I am trying to activate the WP- ecommerce plug in to my website. I did originally have it working but deleted it because of an error that I cannot remember now. I uploaded the file via FTP to my plug in folder but everytime I then try to activate the plug in, I get this error message

‘Plug in could not be activated as it triggered a fatal error

Warning: require(/home/content/28/5774128/html/wp-content/plugins/languages/EN_en.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/28/5774128/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-shopping-cart.php on line 54‘

Any suggestions as to hwo I fix this?
