# Fatal Error when activating Simple Press

 * When trying to activate Simple Press I get the following error:
 * **Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sp_get_option() (previously declared in /home1/
   stefans4/public_html/monroeemployeestest/wp-content/plugins/simple-intranet/public/
   template-tags/deprecated.php:432) in /home1/stefans4/public_html/monroeemployeestest/
   wp-content/plugins/simple-press/sp-api/sp-api-primitives.php on line 98**
 * I’ve gone into the sp-spi-primitives.php file and taken out the “sp_get_option()”
   code but am still getting the same error. Any ideas how to fix?
