After I purchasing and installing the premium plugin, I am seeing a fatal error message when trying to “activate” the premium plugin.

Please let me know how to proceed to activate this plugin. I tried both the zip extract and override as well as the “add plugin from zip” options.

The error message has this content:

Notice: Constant MSI_PLUGIN_NAME already defined in /home/sailwh5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/miniorange-wp-saml-idp-premium/MoIDPSettings.php on line 17

    Hi @123afskl3

It seems that you are trying to install the Premium version of the ‘Login Using WordPress Users’ plugin.

Please deactivate the free version of the plugin first, and then activate the Premium version. This will take care of the issue.

For further assistance, please contact us at info@xecurify.com, and we will be happy to help!
