    Why is that?

  • HI @ivcata,

    Thanks for your comment.

We are sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems with our plugin.

We’d recommend you perform a conflict check and verify whether the error still occurs with all non-Yoast plugins deactivated and a deafult WordPress theme.

Other users reported a similar issue while they use Yoast SEO in conjunction with the CPT UI or the Theme Switcha plugins. Please, refer to this GitHub issue for more information: https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/7531

If you still get the fatal error while all non-Yoast plugins are dectivated and your theme is on Twenty Seventeen, we’d kindly ask you to contribute to the bug report on GitHub with as much information as possible so that our developers can reproduce the problem. This KB article explains how to write a good bug report.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

    Hi @monbauza,

    Thanks for your kind support.

I refer this issue to GitHub:

    https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/7531

Where to look for future assistance – here or there?

    Thank You

    Hi @ivcata,

Thanks for providing such a comprehensive report on GitHub. Our developers will look into it and try to find a solution. In the report, we see that you have two instances of Yoast SEO in your setup. We are not sure if this may related to the fatal error. Can you please delete both instances and make a fresh install of the plugin? The SEO data and plugin settings are stored in the WordPress database so you won’t lose any settings.

    Hi @monbauza,

I lost all seo descriptions but before that I migrated with SEO Data Transporter Plugin – (to backup my SEO data).

I did everything but unfortunately the problem remains.

    Thanks
