    Hi all,
I moved a live site to a localsite using WAMP, and I now get these 2 errors:
( ! ) Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘wpdb’ not found in C:\wamp2\www\selfbuildtimberframe\wp-includes\load.php on line 404
( ! ) Error: Class ‘wpdb’ not found in C:\wamp2\www\selfbuildtimberframe\wp-includes\load.php on line 404
I exported the old DB and imported it to my local myphp and linked the wp-config.php to the DB and changed the siteurl & home settings in wp_option to say local.
    Can anyone help please?
    Thanks guys.

Are you sure all the files were downloaded properly? This sounds like some kind of file corruption issue. Maybe try a fresh install of WordPress while keeping your themes and plugins the same.

Actually, in wp_config.php should the password be the password on the database that was setup when I originally move the local site to live, or the default ‘root’ ” (no password) option?
I have tried both and either option does not work.
    Thanks

I ftp the files and DB, and just setup a new local site using WAMP.

I am after content from 200 pages, is there anyway I could save the data?
