• Hi,

I’m serching on the web for 2 days for a good voting system like yours seems to be. The problem is that it isn’t actually working on my website. In facts, I got this error :

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function vortex_render_for_comments() in /home/clients/…[voluntary hidden for security reason]/plugins/rating-system/rating-system.php

The funniest thing is that I haven’t activated the plugins for comments.

You have to note too that I’m using custom fields (ACF Pro) to display all my post content. I’m trying to use manual integration of the like/dislike button with the provided shortcode : [rating-system-comments]

Any help will be more than appreciated. Your plugin can fit all my needs, even if I need first to look it in action.

    Regards.

Hello. So you are trying to use the shortcode for comments but you didn’t turned on the Comments in the Setings panel?Activate the comments in the settings panel and try again.

Oh god, I’m so fucking stupid :p I thought I pasted the shortcode for post. My apologies.

Anyway, the plugin seems to have some difficulties. If I vote for a site, and refresh the page, the count pass from 1 to 0. if i click again to vote, it shows -1.

EDIT : another problem : the shortcode to show the top-post seems to not work too. I think your plugin doesn’t support custom post type right?

Shortcode for top-post doesn’t work with custom-post type.Do you have any cache plugin activated? Also when it goes from 1 to 0 if you refresh is that a vote on comment or you vote a custom post type?
