  • Hi there,

I’d recommend you go through the fatal error guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/troubleshooting-fatal-error-plugin/

This is possibly caused by a conflict.

With so many people having issues, myself included I’m guessing the problem is with poor coding in the plugin/woocommerce.

    Hi @woody1969,

    Let’s dig into this further.

The error above might happen depending on what is also on the site plugin wise. We have seen a situation where this happened due to few active plugins not being updated.

Have you tried to activate it with just WooCommerce active and see if it still errors out? Please try to do that, and if it still errors out then if it is possible please post your **System Status Report** so we can take a closer look at the site itself and what is on it. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Additionally, can you please provide details on where you got the file for installation from?

    Write back soon!
