    In my site, I use UPME plugin. It has a forntpage login form.
    When I try to login, after I submit the form I get this error –

    Exactly same error here.
    Have you solved it?

    No, but in my case, the solution is to disable the JetPack plugin or something other Login related plugin like – Login Limit etc. forgot….

    Just try disabling some other plugins and test.
