fatal error since WP 5.2, no answer

    it’s now 2 (3?) weeks there is a fatal error. Since WP 5.2 update.
    No answer by the support.
    I bought all ocean addons, i regret.
    Any solution ?

    Hello @lairial,

    Sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing problems.

    The current version of WordPress is 5.8.1 and there are no issues with Ocean Extra, although it’s recommended that you use WordPress version 5.3+. Of course, that doesn’t mean there are no specific issues on your website, especially if you haven’t been updating for a while.

    We also don’t have any backlogged tickets, which means that we either did not receive your ticket or you didn’t receive a reply.
