# Fatal Error Problem

 * Hi All,
 * Someone installed a new theme and now have this error:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_theme_support() in /mounted-storage/
   home58a/sub001/sc25510-WVDK/dominikalipniewska.com/wp-content/themes/imbalance/
   functions.php on line 11
 * I think it may be because a new version of wordpress wasn’t installed before 
   the theme was changed. I have no idea what version of WP was being used as its
   not my site.
 * There is no access to the admin panel and I have no idea of how to reverse this
   error.
 * Can someone please help and direct me on how I can fix this for a very upset 
   young lady.

 * If you login via ftp, just delete the new theme that was installed or move it
   to another folder temporarily. That should reset the theme to 2010.

 * using ftp browse to themes folder in theme folder rename imbalance folder to 
   say imbalance-hold and then try and go on your wordpress default twenty ten theme
   should open.
