Fatal Error PLEASE HELP!!!

    Hello I’m getting an error for my website that says

    ” Fatal error: Cannot redeclare aq_resize() (previously declared in /home/content/06/11736006/html/gigsnbits/wp-content/plugins/punchstrap/index.php:748) in /home/content/06/11736006/html/gigsnbits/wp-content/themes/Glider/inc/aq_resizer.php on line 122″

    Because of this I am unable to access my page from the front of backend

    my website is gigsnbits.com

    Can I please have some aasistance

    You can declare the same function ( aq_resize() ) more than once. to access your page, simply log in to ftp manager, and browse: /home/content/06/11736006/html/gigsnbits/wp-content/plugins/ and change the name for this folder punchstrap to something else which will force the plugin to deactivate until you find a fix.

    Furthermore, please contact your plugin seller regarding this issue.

    you need to either disable plugin punchstrap or change your theme

    do so by renaming folder

    Wp-Content
  Plugin
   punchstrap

    to punch.HOLD or rename Glider theme in themes folder

    How can I change my theme if I cant login into the back end of my website.

    I downloaded the theme and I have it in a folder on my desktop should i change it there?

    * I meant you can’t declare the same function more than once

    Do you have access to Cpanel or any other FTP Clients ? if not, then contact your hosting provider.

    I dont have access, my provider is go daddy I guess I’ll contact them
