    fatal error log:

    Thanks fo reaching out. That fatal so far doesn’t seem to be connected to Charitable but instead related to your WordPress install (based on the directory information, but that’s a guess).

    You might find better support for non-Charitable general occasions like this in the general WordPress support forms…
