# Fatal error on wp-settings.php

 * I haven’t change anything on my website since a long time, but I have now a fatal
   error, thus my website is not accessible anymore : [http://beauty-chanel-esthetic.fr](http://beauty-chanel-esthetic.fr)
 * Error message:
 * >  Warning: require(/homepages/18/d516474276/htdocs/wp-includes/post-thumbnail-
   > template.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /homepages/18/d516474276/
   > htdocs/wp-settings.php on line 130
   > Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/homepages/18/d516474276/htdocs/
   > wp-includes/post-thumbnail-template.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php5.4′)
   > in /homepages/18/d516474276/htdocs/wp-settings.php on line 130
 * Do you know where the problem can come from and how to fix it. I am not an informatic
   thus it is quite difficult to fix it.
 * When I delete the 130th line on the wp-settings.php file I don’t have this error
   anymore but my website is empty. I can only see the header and the carroussel
   of the homepage but nothing else and all the other page of the website are white.

    Do you have customizr theme installed? This seems to be an issue in the 
   WordPress installation itself.
