I just noticed my long running W3 Total Cache plugin was disabled on IHateTheMedia.com. Turns out it was disabled and I did not disable it. So I went to enable it and got this message in admin:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare w3_activation_cleanup() (previously declared in /home/*****/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/inc/define.php:101) in /*****/ihatethe/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache-dev/inc/define.php on line 117

    Version: 0.9.1.4b

I’m sorry, but it was my own error. I had the most recent Total Cache plugin installed, plus still had the old 0.9.1.4b installed. I’ve deleted the old one, activated the new one, and all is well.

Thanks to W2 Total Cache for a prompt email reply to help me find the problem.
