Fatal error on plugin activation

    Wanted to test the plugin and got this on activation:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare vpt_get_cached_query() (previously declared in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/voce-performance-tools/voce-performance-tools.php:23) in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/voce-performance-tools/voce-performance-tools.php on line 23

    What could be the problem?
