    Hi all,

I made some changes to my homepage and it works fine on desktop. However, when trying to visit my site from mobile, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Class ‘rs’ not found in /web/htdocs/www.3p-translation.com/home/wp-content/plugins/multiup-core/vc_extend/slider-testimonial.php on line 30

To be honest I’m not familiar with PHP so I don’t really know how to fix this issue. I’ve read that similar problems are usually associated with plugins and that uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin should fixed the problem. However, I have tried to do so but it didn’t work.

    Thank you!

    – Your “multiup-core” plugin seems to be the error.

    – If you have access to your Dashboard’s Plugins page, try deleting it.

    – If you don’t have access to your Dashboard’s Appearance page, use FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).

Thanks t- p. Deleting the plugin causes a general malfunction in my website, I guess it’s a mandatory plugin for my theme. As I wrote, I tried deleting and reinstalling it, but had no success in solving my problem. I’ve had similar problems in the past where one plugin would shut down the whole website, but never on mobile only.

That’s good, but we can’t help you here with that if it’s a theme issue.
