Fatal Error on Log Out

    Hi,

    I’ve been playing around with a few plugins I use on my website including the membership plugins (Paid Membership Pro and Theme My Login).

    Now when I click log out I see the following error message:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function get_page_permastruct() on a non-object in /hsphere/local/home/readytogohr/myhrsupportcentre.co.uk/wp-includes/link-template.php on line 356

    I’ve gone through the membership plugin settings and nothing looks obviously wrong but it could be that I’ve fiddled with something else and caused the problem. I’m hoping it makes some sense to someone on here who can offer me a suggestion for resolving the error.

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Hi,

    I’ve deactivated all the plugins and the Log Out worked normally.

    Now I can’t log back in, it says my password is incorrect.

    Any ideas what I do now?

    Hi,

    It’s ok I’m back in. I deleted the plug in I thought was probably causing the problem through the FTP access and I can log in again now.

    Awesome, now that the one plugin is gone, are you still having trouble with logout?

    Hi James,

    No all seems to be working fine.

    It was the theme my login plugin that was causing the problems but looking at it now I think the Paid Membership Pro will be fine on it’s own.
