    Hello,

We’re having trouble with the checkout page. The purchase doesn’t go through and we get an error on the page. Please see the error from the logs below:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function payment_complete() on boolean in /.../wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-checkout.php:827

Each time i attempt to make an order, the orders page keeps adding blank (unclickable) entries. Here’s a screenshot of it: https://imgur.com/a/fTeZ6wL

We don’t think it’s a plugin or a theme issue though. I disabled all plugins and only left woocommerce active, and also changed the theme to the storefront one but the error was still there.

    WP version: 4.8.6
    woocommerce version: 3.3.5
    php: 7.0.29

ALso, as an additional note we have the same site on a different server and running on older versions of wp, woocommerce, and php and we’re not having issues on that one.

I hope that information is enough.

    Thank you.

P.S. We’ll be switching back to the other server with the working site for now and the error will not show up on the live site anymore.

    Hey there!

Without access to replicate the issues, it’s really hard to offer much advice. I’d recommend reinstalling if there’s an issue with just WooCommerce and a default theme active, as that typically points to a conflict.

    Hello Andrew,

I just switched the DNS back to the not working site.

    Thank you.
