Hi – I’ve been using deluxe theme as I’ve been putting together my blog. I bought the premium standard_theme today and installed that through my dashboard. It seemed to install fine (although I didn’t spot whether it previewed). When I clicked activate I got the following message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_pagenavi() (previously declared in /home4/icuraten/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-pagenavi/core.php:10) in /home4/icuraten/public_html/wp-content/themes/StandardTheme_20/lib/wp-pagenavi.php on line 185

Now I can’t access my website (www.icurate.net) or my dashboard.

  • FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the wp-content/plugins/wp-pagenavi plugin.

Brilliant – just figured out how to do this. I hadn’t realised that i needed to use my host server username rather than my wordpress username. Seems obvious now. Thanks for taking time to reply.

    You’re welcome.
