 * Website: [http://www.commercialtrucktraining.com](http://www.commercialtrucktraining.com)

   Theme: OnePress Plus Notable Plugins: WishList Member, POWr (various)
 * I attempted the 4.5.1 update twice yesterday but it never finished, to my knowledge.
   Maybe it now has.
 * I am not in control of hosting, FTP, etc. at this time.
 * Error I receive: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_comments_popup() (previously
   declared in /homepages/23/d97057843/htdocs/commercialtrucktraining/wp-includes/
   query.php:309) in /homepages/23/d97057843/htdocs/commercialtrucktraining/wp-includes/
   deprecated.php on line 3713
 * Someone please help. We did a complete theme overhaul yesterday and were promoting
   the new look and functionality on social media, etc., and now I obviously cannot
   get in. Thank you!

 * Personally, I would redownload WordPress from this site, then use FTP to upload
   everything except the wp-content folder. Unfortunately FTP or file manager would
   be the only way to sort – I doubt it could be done without this.
 * Hopefully that would add any missing files and get you back up and running.

 * Phil, thanks for getting back to me. Can you tell me what ANY of that error message
   means? I assume a web developer/server operator would understand that, correct?

 * [@willbrogan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/willbrogan/): What the error
   message _means_ is that a function with the same name exists in two different
   files (which is not allowed in PHP).
 * And the _reason_ why two different functions with the same name exist in this
   case is that the `/wp-includes/query.php` file which currently exists on your
   server is from an older version of WordPress (4.4.2 or lower), but the `wp-includes/
   deprecated.php` file is from the newer version of WordPress (4.5 or higher).
 * In other words, based on the error message, the update did _not_ finish properly,
   as it indicates that the files on your server are a mixture from two different
   versions of WordPress (instead of all being from the same version).

 * [@girlieworks](https://wordpress.org/support/users/girlieworks/) Have you got
   a answer to finish the update or to access of the wordpress board?
 * [@willbrogan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/willbrogan/) Have you succeed
   to opening your website?
 * I have the same problem with the same error
 * Sorry for my approximative english 🙁

   answer is in **Phil**‘s post above.
 * [@willbrogan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/willbrogan/): You’re welcome!

 * No success yet. My main problem lies in the fact that the web admin that set
   it up is no longer a part of the company (he’s actually the President’s nephew),
   but he still has the creds to the FTP, Server, host, etc. It was never a big
   deal until this happened.
 * I get everything said here on a conceptual level, and if it was on a server/host
   that I’m used to (I use GoDaddy for everything else), I could do it. But until
   I have access, I’m totally stuck!
 * Thanks all for your help everyone, it really has helped me grasp this and will(
   eventually) help me get it fixed.
