 * Hello and thanks!
    Way over my head. I activated a widget “Subscribe 2” and upgraded

   will no longer update or allow me to view my pages from the dashboard. H E L
   P Please!
 * Subscribe 2 has been deactivated but it appears the damage is permanent. Should
   I use my back up from 4/21/13???
 * fatal error: Call to undefined method s2class_upgrade::get_usermeta_keyname()
   in /home/yourspir/public_html/wp-content/plugins/subscribe2/classes/class-s2-

 * have you tried:
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems (because the hooks remain unless plugins completely removed or some
   plugins stick around in cached files. So by renaming the folder, you break them
   and force them inactive).

 * Thanks for the responses.
    I will try to address the issue by using these options.
   Appreciate both Tara and ubaidllahbutt for your responses.
