 * Access your server via [SFTP or FTP](https://wordpress.org/support/article/ftp-clients/),
   or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting
   provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/
   and delete the whole /thegem-elements/ directory.
 * This will remove the plugin causing the problem and recover your site.
 * Next, since that is a plugin included exclusively with a commercial theme, we
   ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support
   from the people who know it best: [https://codexthemes.ticksy.com](https://codexthemes.ticksy.com)
 * Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not
   know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced
   your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer.
   Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows
   the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community
   in a more robust way.

    Were you able
   to resolve this issue? Please, share your solution. I have the same problem.

 * Forget it. I have updated the theme to the latest version and the problem was
   resolved.

 * I also have a similar problem. The site only gives text
 * “Error thrown
    Call to undefined function thegem_get_font_options_list()”
 * I located the problem to TheGem Elements-plugin and did what suggested by James
   Huff and re-installed the plugin, but the problem stays…
 * Please help me quickly because our site is unvisitable atm!

 * Our web tech had to edit the code to make it work, plan b was uninstalling the
   Gem Theme.

 * Have you tried updating to the latest version of the theme, which worked for

 * According to [https://themeforest.net/item/thegem-creative-multipurpose-highperformance-wordpress-theme/16061685](https://themeforest.net/item/thegem-creative-multipurpose-highperformance-wordpress-theme/16061685)
   4.6.0 is the latest version, so you’re quite behind.

 * Sorry, theme version is 4.6.0, plugin is 2.0.2. Caches are now clean, but emptying
   did not resolve the problem 🙁
