# Fatal Error Message

 * Downloaded the Pro version of Our Team Showcase for $29 – however though the 
   plugin uploads successfully into WordPress, when I try to activate it I get the
   following message:
 * Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sc_team_update_order() (previously declared in /
   home/sites/clipology.tv/public_html/wp-content/plugins/our-team-enhanced/inc/
   class/class.smartcat-team.php:5) in /home/sites/clipology.tv/public_html/wp-content/
   plugins/smartcat_our_team/inc/class/class.smartcat-team.php on line 10
 * Any ideas as to why this might be happening / how it can be resolved?

 * based on the error, the free version is still active.
    please de-activate the
   free version, then re-activate the pro version and it will work right away.
