# Fatal error message

 * Hi, Yesterday my site was fine, Today I have tried to access it and I get the
   following message.
 * Warning: require_once(/home/content/p3nexnas06_data01/87/2081187/html/wp-content/
   plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
   in /home/content/p3nexnas06_data01/87/2081187/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/
   jetpack.php on line 31
 * Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/content/p3nexnas06_data01/
   87/2081187/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php’ (include_path=’/
   home/content/p3nexnas06_data01/87/2081187/html/wp-content/plugins/google/lib/

 * PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME, I’M CLUELESS ON WHAT TO TRY

 * You’ll need to **use FTP or Cpanel** (ask your hosts if you don’t know how to
   use one of those) to delete JetPack from your plugins folder on the server – 
   find it here:
 *     ```
       wp-content
           plugins
              jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER
       ```
   
 * Then you can try reinstalling it from the Dashboard.

 * thank you but I have no idea how to do that. My domain is through GoDaddy is 
   that my host? I cannot access my admin as I get the same error message above

 * Okay, so just login to your Cpanel and find the WordPress files and then find
   the JetPack folder as per the above.

   message appears above

 * Your login to Cpanel is not the same as your WP Site – are you using the correct
   login? If so, then you need to ask GoDaddy – Cpanel is not part of WordPress.
