# Fatal Error message

 * I get this fatal error message when i try to log in: Fatal error: Class ‘Genesis_Admin_Boxes’
   not found in /home/content/69/8337669/html/wp-content/plugins/genesis-simple-
   hooks/admin.php on line 13 Website is still live but can’t access Dashboard.

 * FTP into your site and rename the directory **genesis-simple-hooks** in the **/
   wp-content/plugins** directory — that should make the error go away get you back
   in the site.
 * As for why this error occurs in the first place, you’d better ask for support

 * This is a site I’m just becoming familiar with. And I’m not sure how to FTP into
   this site. Any recommendations?

 * If I don’t have access to the host’s control panel is there any other way to 
   make the error go away? Thanks for your help Senff.

 * Not really. A plugin is causing a problem, so you’ll need to disable it in order
   to eliminate the problem.
 * Since you can’t log in to your admin, or you can’t access the files through FTP,
   I can’t think of anything else. You may want to contact the host and ask for 
   help.
