Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceede

Hi, Dear All.

I’m trying to upgrade a website to current version 3.5

But got error.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in <URL address>\wp-includes\class-http.php on line 949

fclose( $stream_handle );

My Question:

1. Where we can check $stream_handle value?
2. Is there any way to solve this issue?

Note: This error not collapses the website with the previous version.
