# Fatal Error. Locked out

 * Can’t tell you which version as I cannot access either the dashboard or my website
   
   I pressed the button for auto update of plug in and got the following error message**
   Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_temp_dir() in /home/artinth/public_html/
   wp-content/plugins/wp-db-backup/wp-db-backup.php on line 112.**
 * Someone help me please… a lot of time and effort has gone into this.

 * Hi,
 * Just with ftp or via cpanel go to /wp-content/plugins/ and rename folder “wp-
   db-backup” what will turn off this plugin.
 * Then you can start to troubleshoot.
