 * Just uploaded, just went to install, and getting an error
 * Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function require_once() in /users/
   emtippetts/public_html/wp-admin/install.php on line 9
 * The domain hasn’t been rolled, but I had hoped that we could get set up on the
   host first, then roll it – is it possible something else could be the problem?
