There seems to be a fatal error caused by your plugin attempting to declare a function with the same name as one in the WP Accessibility plugin:

PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare function wpa_enqueue_js() (previously declared in /wp-content/plugins/wp-accessibility/wp-accessibility.php:341) in /wp-content/plugins/wp-analytify/inc/wpa-core-functions.php on line 97

Please could you change your function name to be unique? I will also report this same issue to the other plugin developer.

    Thanks

    Tim
