Fatal error in canonical.php

    i m getting this error when i m trying to install wordpress
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/a9150053/public_html/wp-includes/canonical.php on line 250
    when i open canonical.php
    there was nothing related to memory size on line 250..
    Help me to solve this…
