 * This began as a comment issue. But now I cannot even access my website at all.
   Help please…

 * disable/delete “jetpack” plugin via [FTP or SFTP ](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   or whatever file management application your host provides.

 * Then do I reinstall it? I deleted it and now I can at least access the dashboard.
