Fatal Error help

    Hey, I just downloaded this theme(P2) off of the website and after upgrading to WP 3.0 (My previous version showed nothing) I get a fatal error.

    The error is: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare media_upload_tabs() (previously declared in /home1/horizos6/public_html/wp-admin/includes/media.php:18) in /home1/horizos6/public_html/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 25

    No idea what that means, so any help would be appreciated!
