# Fatal error-Help!

 * Hello
    i had some problemes with my Dashboard, i changed the wp-includes and 
   the wp-admin folders for the new version of wp 2.9.1. And now i have this message:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_admin() in /homez.10/laluchad/www/
   blog/wp-includes/vars.php on line 16
 * Can you help please!!!!!

 * I upgrated the new version 2.9.2 and now it works!
