# fatal error theme update help

 * I am getting this error after updating the themes and am unsure of what to try
   next. I currently am unable to login to the wordpress account associated with
   the site and all links to the site show this error. What did I do wrong here 
   and what do I need to do to fix it? I am not sure which wordpress version I am
   on exactly. It was 4.something I think but I dont recall which it was exactly.
 * Below is what was going on in the page before the crash happened.

 * Using ftp or the file manager supplied by your host, go to wp-content/themes 
   and delete the themes that are there. Download a new copy of your Genesis theme
   and upload it to wp-content/themes.
 * Upgrade your site to WP 4.5.1. That will load the default themes.
