Fatal Error

    I am getting the following error:
    Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed; If you would like to pass argument by reference, modify the declaration of apply_filters(). in /home/grandmaflo/grandmaflo.com/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core.php on line 565

    Any help would be appreciated.

    An initial search on Google for the same problem seems to indicate that you should update your version of BuddyPress to the latest version, which is 2.4.0. However, I would recommend asking your question on the BuddyPress Support page so that you can get help from people who are more familiar with BuddyPress.

    Thanks! Yes, I cannot update buddypress because there are/were elements that I custom edited that CANNOT be used in the newer version…
