 * Hey guys!
 * I’m sorry, I’ve been going through every post, searching and all, and I couldn’t
   find an answer, so I’m begging a little help.
 * I’ve just installed WordPress and the Dashboard works great but when I load the
   web that’s what I read:
 * `Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required './wp-blog-
   header.php' (include_path='.;c:\php_5.1.4\includes') in c:\http\sites\circuloperfecto.
   es\index.php on line 4`
 * and I don’t know exactly what I have to do (let’s be sincere, I don’t know at
   all). This is my first time using WordPress and I’m totally lost.
 * Thanks a lot and sorry for bugging around.
