WordPress says it’s always from your Plugin WPForms:

    Hi tmze2810,

When you get the chance, could you let me know the version of WPForms Lite you are using on your site? In case it helps, could you please try removing the plugin and reinstalling it to see if it resolves the issue?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks!

Hi there I didn’t see your response. It’s Version 1.5.3.1. I don’t know when I delete the plugin and reinstall it, if there all the forms are gone.

    Hi tmze2810,

I apologize as our team is still working on a fix for this. In the meantime, could you try disabling the Dashboard Widget, to see if that resolves the issue for now?

    Thanks.

    Hi tmze2810,

We’ve released a fix for this issue in the latest version of the plugin. When you get the chance, please update the plugin and this should resolve the issue.

    Thanks!
