# Fatal Error – Freemius

 * The latest update has caused my site to crash.
 * The error is as follows:

 * I’ve had to roll back to the previous version of the plugin for things to work
   ok.
 * This is the second Freemius plugin that has now caused this fatal error on my
   site.

 * Same here. The admin page is NOT accessible anymore. 🙁 I had to rename the folder
   of the plugin via FTP to regain access to my site.

 * Oops – ignore this – I found the older version on this page/advanced view. Not
   sure how to delete this =/
 * [@zactix](https://wordpress.org/support/users/zactix/) Can you point to or host
   somewhere the previous version (5.12.8) so we can grab it to fix all of the broken
   shortcodes on our site since we had to disable 5.12.9? We can’t seem to find 
   it and if we roll back our whole site from backup, lots of other changes we made
   will disappear.

   this plugin ([wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/))
   to (as the name implies) rollback to the previous version? If not, it should 
   be able to do the trick!

 * Thanks! The dev emailed me that 5.12.10 fixes the issue but I’m not seeing it
   in my updates yet.

 * Hey guys, Vova from [Freemius](https://freemius.com) is here 👋
 * We [released v2.5.5](https://github.com/Freemius/wordpress-sdk/releases/tag/2.5.5)
   of our WordPress SDK over a week ago, which patches the issue. The root of the
   problem is other plugins using a custom-modified version of the SDK that, along
   with 2.5.4, generated the mentioned error (we notified those plugin developers
   already).
