 * I received the following error message on our site, after installing the Gravity
   Partial Entries add on. Can you advise what is going on and how to fix this error:

 * Please export the form as a .json file, and send me the file. I can then load
   it into my testbed and work through the problem.
 * Forms > Import/Export > Export Forms
 * Open a support ticket with me on [my support form](https://shop.webaware.com.au/support/),
   and I’ll reply to you so that you can send me the exported file.
