    Please assist as I just purchased the pro version & will need an immediate refund if it isn’t going to work with my wordpress version 4.3.1

    Never mind. I thought I had deleted the free version of this plug-in, but I hadn’t yet. The issue was resolved by deleting the free version of the plug-in and THEN activating the new one.
