 * Tried this a few times, gets to 100% but fails and both times I was using the
   optimize option to disable a backup plugin and a wordfence plugin.
 * Here is a scren:

 * I am using clef 2-factor plugin and when I chose to automatically disabl it via
   the optimize option I think that was messing it up. I changed that so that it
   remains active in addition to setting db row value to 1000 and file size chunks
   to 10mb, the file copy seemed to take longer but I got no errors when it completed.

 * When i remember right you wrote that you are a developer as well?`
 * May i ask you to do a simple check which points out directly to the error cause?
 * – Enable wordpress debug mode
    – open firebug (firefox) or the chrome debug console
   with F12. – Go to the network tab->XHR Screenshot: [http://take.ms/V98Zf](http://take.ms/V98Zf)–
   Start WP Staging cloning process – When process stops due to fatal error click
   on the last ajax request. It will show us a detailed php error message. This
   is extremely helpful for writing a fix.

 * Hmm, very odd. I enabled wp_debug and set everything back and it won’t fail.
   I’m thinking it might have been server side. Not one of my personal boxes. At
   least now I know what to report back if it happens again. Thx again for the quick
   response.
