    Hi there,

I’m running the Ready E-Commerce them. It was working fine, but I have been playing around with a plugin that was not working with the plugin author and he suggested that his plugin was not working because of the them I’m using.

I’m now getting this fatal error:

‘Fatal error: Class ‘req’ not found in /home/lensmnhr/public_html/newshop/wp-content/themes/eshop/functions/admin-menu.php on line 5′

I’ve checked it out in the root file and I guess it’s to do with the updating the files through the WP admin panel.

Would really appreciate if someone can help me resolve this asap.

    Thanks. Matt.

P.S I have deactivated the ready e-commerce plugin, which may be the issue I’m not sure.

But now there is no way to get back in to WP admin panel to re-activate it.

    Thanks

    Ok I’ve resolved the issue.

If anyone else has a similar problem it was because I deactivated the Ready E-commerce plugin.

    > Delete the Ready E-commerce plugin from the plugins folder through ftp and then re-install and activate from the wp-admin panel.

Problem with erq class can be if you dodn;t upload full Ready! Ecommerce pack on your server. Maybe some files (in classes/req.php in this case) was missing.

    Alexey.

    Hello.
Do you have Ready! Ecommerce plugin installed and activated on your site?

    Regards,
    Alexey.

    Hi

It’s installed but when I want to activate it that’s when I get the above error message. The problem started after updating the plugin. This has resulted in the whole site not working.

    Hi Alexey,

I have deleted the plugin from the server and reinstalled it and it’s now working. No settings or products were lost.

    Thank you.

    Hello.
Very good. Maybe some files just were not been uploaded – this happens sometimes.

    Regards,
    Alexey.
