The same happened the same to me, after the updating the plugin and I get this error:
Fatal error: Class ‘OIK_Shipping’ not found in /homepages/19/d458370762/htdocs/app458370778/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-shipping.php on line 143
And I cant access the wordpress backend.
Dont know if this is related, but I have not update to the latest version of woocommerce yet.
Could you please let me know how to solve this?

Hi, other people had this problem. Version 1.2 which contains a fix for this problem. It currently available from http://oik-plugins.co.uk/oik-plugins/oik-weightcountry-shipping-woocommerce-extension
v1.2m now available from wordpress.org fixes this problem
