Can’t help much without more info. What did you do or not do right before this error?

BELOW is taken from my Edit File (wp-settings.php)from my site. and i wanted to do was change the permission access; however something went wrong.

Why/How/What exactly are you doing/trying with editing permissions for one core WP file like that?

Why? What was the problem before?

i keep getting a message in my editor that i need to have a written code for something within my website under admin, but now i am not even able to log onto my site anymore based on the error message that i keep receiving so i thought that i could fix it based on what is related within the error messages.

What file were you editing prior to the admin panel crashing?
