Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘InvalidArgumentException’ with message ‘Passed variable is not an array or object, using empty array instead’ /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-23-related-posts-plugin/config.php:69
Stack trace: … #8 /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-23-related-posts-plugin/config.php on line 69
We’re getting a blank screen and found out it was caused by this plugin with the errors above. Tracking back we found out that it was caused by uploading a default image. We both tried it on live & local servers to upload default images and both caused that error.
We tried putting a condition for config.php line 69 to execute that line when it’s an object or array but we noticed that doing so will not display the related posts on posts.
Then we’ve tried fixing the error by the solutions posted here http://zem.si/15iW3LC which solved the problem by deleting those entries from wp_options, but it’s juz temporary. Coz everytime we use the uploading of default image it’s back. So temporarily we commented out that section of the code.
Hopefully you could fix the part of uploading of default image which causes the error coz we love your plugin! Thanks 🙂
Hey, thanks for reaching out & for your kind words, although we are not that content to see you having these errors!
We looked at our settings and in the code of our plugin for some glitches that might have caused you this error, but to no avail.
We were wondering — is there a chance you could send us your WP Dashboard’s credentials, so that we could investigate further? We can completely understand if you’re not comfortable with sharing this with us, but I’m afraid this might be the only viable solution for us right now, since we cannot access that fatal error in any other way. It also goes without saying that your privacy is to our upmost concern, after which we will take all the extra precaution possible!
Let us know what you think and we’ll do our best to help you out! I’m looking forward to your reply! Here’s my email: support[at]zemanta[dot]com
Take care & have a nice day!
