 * Plugin is causing this fatal error. More info:
    Fatal error: Can’t use function
   return value in write context in /home/(myhost)/public_html/tudosobremuaythai.
   com/blog/wp-content/plugins/popup-builder/com/helpers/AdminHelper.php on line
   1758
 * Plugin and website were both working fine until yesterday. Now cannot access 
   wp-admin area so I cannot log in to uninstall plugin. Website is down.
    Please
   tell me what to do to fix it. Thanks in advance!

   not possible to update, since I cannot access the admin area to do so.
    I get
   the same error as mentioned in the first post here when I try to log in via wp-
   admin
